Our Co-Founder & COO

Since 1988, I’ve worked in all kinds of environments, and one thing’s been crystal clear: technology is the ultimate efficiency booster. From floppy disks to the cloud, I’ve always been the person who says, “There’s got to be a better way,” then rolls up my sleeves to find it. My dedication to working smarter, not harder, has made me the person colleagues rely on to make things run more smoothly (and sometimes to fix their printers).

Since 2017, I’ve been a regular presenter at the WALA State Conference, sharing strategies and laughs in equal measure. In 2020, I received the “Friend of WALA” Award, recognizing my dedication to clients, my positive attitude, and my general refusal to be derailed by chaos.

In 2021, I co-founded Strike School, a nationwide, accredited K–12 virtual school designed for modern learning. As Principal, I lead our teams with a focus on streamlined systems and simple, scalable processes that keep our digital campus running like clockwork.

During 2023–2024, I worked with our Streamlining team to help a Special District in Oregon go fully digital, transforming piles of paper into clean, efficient, easy-to-access systems. (Let’s just say their filing cabinets are now enjoying early retirement.)

In 2022 and 2023, I presented Streamlining at the national DLAC Conference, followed by a spot in the Digital Learningpalooza Tech Tent (2024) to showcase our favorite automation process for creating layers of efficiency. I have been invited to speak at the national DLAC conference again in 2026.

In 2025, I presented at the USDLA National Conference and the CSDA Board Secretary/Clerk Conference, continuing my mission to make workflows lighter, faster, and smarter.

Across all my projects, I rely on Google tools to simplify communication and collaboration. As a Google Certified professional, I help organizations cut through the clutter with customized systems that make work easier, teams happier, and operations smoother.
